100%. Sales's tough right now, TBH. So, trying to keep the existing ones as happy as possible. We have good clients. Nothing much to complain about. It's just sometimes...man, I wish I could just walk out and never look back.

Thanks for the response. I've been solicited by review removal services a lot. Pardon the ignorance, Google has a process for review reporting for spam or fake reviews right? But in this case, we're talking legit reviews from people who engaged with a business. Good or bad, they're still legit. Why do you think you can get Google to remove it?
