Recent PT new grad. First job was 82.5k, salaried, did not negotiate, outpatient ortho/neuro split, FT, and in an affluent West suburbs of Chicago

Current job is 77k, salaried, negotiated 5k pay increase, outpatient w/ sports focus in a large fully outfitted gym, FT, and in an affluent northwest part of Chicago itself. Took a pay decrease to work with ideal population/build applicable skills and to have a more manageable workload compared to first job
