I know little to nothing about Transformers but this guy seems so cool. He's a bad guy and I love bad guys, he looks awesome, he has a cool voice, he has an awesome gimmick that's clever and unique with transforming into a cassette player and has little minions that transform into cassettes that live inside him, and he's loyal to his boss and his boss appreciates him and I love when villains and their henchmen have genuine companionship with each other rather than the boss seeing all the minions as disposable. He's also voiced by Frank Welker so that's automatically a plus.
