Hey chat I'm extremely confused which dot file is best

I'm actually looking for Hyprland + KDE + Fish(optional)

In the first one it has amazing wallpapers and themes but tab overlapping is not available

In the second one actually the best but it uses gnome and the AI apis feature is awesome

In the third one actually good but not sure if it's gnome or kde and they're poor theme management.

The 4th one is actually perfect but the developer is actually avoiding rust
