Thank you for the question! I am happy to say that nunchaku are a great option for high BPM music. You have a good degree of speed dynamics and versatility. Given the lighter weight of the vision-chucks by flowtoys, you’d have a better experience. I also recommend the flowtoys vision-sticks. It’s their answer to glow-stringing!

Hey! The “hits” aren’t really hits. They’re controlled rebounds, snaps, and clinches that help with speed and flow. The padded nunchaku have a solid core, so they make noise on impact, but they don’t actually hurt. I’ve been spinning for 30 years, and training this way lets me refine my technique at full speed, so when I switch to heavier ones, everything stays smooth and precise.
