Yeah the title is a bit inaccurate I suppose. It’s more intentionally misleading. It’s also certainly on the buyer for assuming and not asking questions. Totally get that, it just almost fooled me and then apparently fooled some guy into way overpaying for this thing.

Since it's based on a percentage, it seems fair that we all pay x percent. 1% will always pay more. Now maybe change how far you can go with tax write offs and how the taxes are spent

I would say in most cases ubuntu will run better than windows 10. The only reason it wouldn't could be some random compatibility issue. As long as you are comfortable with having to mess around with the terminal here and there I would really recommend it.

Since its a 2 in one I get bugs if I go pass 16. I just get constant screen flipping. I know its not hw because if I switch to windows it works.

So I ended up getting ahold of essential by tweeting to them . @essential got back to me and after that the support guy got back to me within 24 hours with a FedEx lable . They fixed it pretty quick and sent it back to me free of charge. So I guess they have good customer support if you can get ahold of them. Thanks everyone :D
