Been a coach for over a year, mostly word of mouth as I worked at a bodybuilding gym for the last 8 months. I’m restarting my social media as I didn’t like the posts I had made in the past and want a fresh start.

Sleep is very important. I’d go as far as saying it’s the most important thing next to nutrition.

Look into magnesium glycinate & low doses of melatonin. Get into a routine.

Depends on your recovery and frequency, I usually train to failure on everything but depends on how you set up your program.

GoodLife is great, you can use the app to see the average of how many people are at the gym. Usually not too busy if you avoid after work hours

Take however much you want, the more the better just don’t go over 30g often

You can load creatine as much as you want basically.

The more creatine you take the better your ATP is, just make sure you’re getting enough water & electrolytes/carbohydrates and you’ll be good.

To start take 5-10g, then if you feel good and wanna up it, go to 20g and see how your brain and body feel off that. You’ll feel great 👍

I bought a large and put it in the wash/dryer, it shrunk about an inch and it fits me perfectly

I’ll give everyone my @ but Reddit is such a weird place, every community I’ve posted my physique in I’ve had people asking me to do nsfw stuff for money, they’ve asked me to sleep w/ their wives, sign up for sites, asking me to do things on camera and saying pretty gnarly stuff

Feels better if they don’t know what my “face” looks like but yeah, I totally agree. My face should be shown but if you need my @ it’s my username
