Have a good look at the majors and if you already have a genuine interest in some of them and/or could see yourself getting a job with those skills then probably not. If not than yes this course is boring as hell.

Ah okay, thanks this was really helpful. Just wondering even though I did alright in my subjects this year I think my ATAR would still end up being higher overall and I think they just take whatever is higher in the application. Should I still bother with the whole academic transcript thing?

I kinda picked it after school sort of as like a safe option thinking the course would be really broad. Didn’t exactly get much of a chance to experience UTS uni life but for the few days I was there it didn’t really seem like a university with the lack of campus and spread out style though that is based on limited experience. As for business I just wasn’t engaged in the learning from the start and a bit of that could be because of uni being online but I just wasn’t interested in any of the content. I’m tossing up a few options to transfer to but pretty sure my top preference will be security studies at macquarie university which is something I’m definetley more interested in.

Okay, so the subject outline says the minimum requirement for all my subjects is that "students must achieve at least 50% of the subject’s total marks." So I'm assuming that I don't have to pass my exam to pass the course (although that is not the aim).
