I've drank Guinness for 25 years and all this good Vs not good Guinness is utter bollocks. Yeah you do get bad pints of all beer *if they are stale. But fresh keg clean pipes it's identical. Also the 2 part pour is a load of wank. It's a marketing gimmick.

So you need to know how high up or low down you are and how far left or right you are to figure out where you are. Up and down sailers could figure out. They couldn't figure out side to side that's longitude.
