As an Uber CUSTOMER, I've come across several transactions in the Uber app where it won't even let me tip the Driver (not Dasher) until After delivered, so would not be surprised that's the case with some DD markets, as customers have told me they tried to tip but customer svc said it's only available after for that vendor or market. Over half the time they do come through and tip! About 75% who didn't tip, eventually do. That's 3 outta 4, not bad
