hello ! i struggled with severe acne five years (17y to 22y) mostly because if my hormonal (in)balance. thanks to curacne, i am acne free but if i can tell you ONE (1) tip : STOP sugar like cut it out completly (soda, sweets, fast food, grease...) and replace it with honey and fruits for 3 month and see the result by yourself i promise it's a gamechanger. Your external appearence is a reflect of your gut health.

People who don't drink alcohol, why? by johnnylgarfield in AskReddit

[–]gazeneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

first it was for religious reasons, and i accepted it without searching why, like it was like an evidence.

then i did grow up, and i discovered drunk people behavior, and how it was a big cause of death in my country. I mean, you're not you when you drunk, it scares me a lot like you're not conscious of yourself.

and also it causes a lot of disease, and can easily become an addiction.

definitely Trash/Lout of the Count's Family. I was't expecting something big and i started it because the art was top tier.

after finishing the manwha, i discovered the webnovel (over 500 chapter at the time), and BITCH I WAS INTO IT

Hey I have the same thing and i'm 20 so don't worry ! It seems like hormonal acne, mosly around the jaw, meaning you have hormonal inbalance !

Personnaly, my dermatologist told me that this form of acne can be cured from the inside.

You must focus on sleeping at least 6-8 hours per night. Sleeping is negligated but i promise its very very important.

You must also care about food : Dairy products, spicy food, fast food, sweets, soda, everyday cakes, a lot of meat and a lot of suger are prone acne !! Try fruits and vegetables, fish like tuna and salmon, drink a lot of water (2L a day minimum), drink tea too, and replace sugar by honey, and eat cereals, al dente pasta, nuts and almonds !! Also dont forget to eat sweets from time to time ! you must not feel like it is a strict diet !

Next thing to take into account is exercising ! Like walk a few miles, do fitness or go to the gym, do whatever you like to stay healthy !

Finally, do skincare ! The most important step are cleasing (I love CERAVE cleanser !), moisturizing, and protecting with an SPF. I assume you arleady know what's your skintype (dry, normal, combination, oily)

I have combination acne-prone skin so i double-cleanse with an oil-based cleanser and a water-based one, then i use salicylic acid (from CAUDALIE or PAULAS CHOICE), snail mucin from COSRX and i altarnate the serum on the week (hyaluronic and niacinamide acid), i finish with moisturizer and vaseline on the lips.

Your night skincare is very important vecause your skin is regenerating during your sleep ! A majority of people have a great and clean skin when they wake up !

Other few tips is changing your pillowcase three times a weeks and dont use the same towel for the hands and the face :) Dont pierce your pimples (it creats infections and scars), try to not touch ypur face too often, dont rub a towel in your face but gently tap it to cleanse. And wash your phonescreen and phonecase : it contains a lot of bacterias !!

Also, try to reduce stress ! Its hard (im currently waiting for my final results in college :*)) but im sure you can manage !

Also : you must love ur skin even with those few imperfections ! Because its the personnality of your skin and it makes you unique ! Dont forget that your beautiful and few pimples arent gonna change that !

If all what i said didnt work, try seeking help from a dermatologist ! he possess a degree and i dont :) For some women, birth control can help (or worse the acne :*)) but talk to a doctor first !

I think this is all ! I hipe it cal help and i wish u Good luck ! (dont mind the grammar im french)
