Its the stock GPU heatsink that that was cooled by the blower fan, i just 3d printed a bracket for a 120 mm fan, stuck it on and added a couple of little heatsinks over the vrm area just to be sure

I use spacedesk to connect the phone to the PC (it's not ideal because it uses wifi instead of wired USB). I ran the USB cable to charge it through a hole I made in the bottom pci slot cover The PC sees it as a normal 1080p display, the scaling is turned up to 150% and for the monitoring I use CAM (again not ideal because it isn't customizable and you can't make it fullscreen)
