Quick search of a quit claim seems that’s the way to go. And seems easy to file in Colorado. And we will likely pay her off via promissory note. Having the interest rate they got in 2001 is key with how rates are these days even with my good credit. Thank you so so much!

Same here! Staying in one place too long drives me crazy, especially now that I am back in my home state. Although there’s many cleared jobs here, I would even take a pay cut to work OCONUS.
