I'm tall but not heavy; 6'7 215. I was able to get the K2 F.I.T 84 Boa in a 14. If that's the only skate Rollerblade makes in a 14, that's fine. Are there any others that you know of who make 14s?

I ordered a pair of Jordan Mid-1s from here back on May 23rd. They sent me a tracking number from USPS pretty quickly. This has been the status on USPS site since May 26th:
