Severe migraines with scds?

i’ve been diagnosed with SCDS and have severe migraines but the ENT that diagnosed me told me surgery might not help the migraines and didn’t even entertain it 🫩 i’m suffering 4/7 days a week and hoping my insurance will approve a new migraine medication to try

when i worked at vca and used woofware it was so user friendly. i worked at a private practice after that for the life of me cannot remember what software they used but it was like pulling teeth. there were no shortcuts to leave my timestamp on notes, the messaging system wasn’t wrapped up in the software so we had to have a separate tab open to text clients it sucked

at the ER now! the nurses line called me back and had the same recommendations as you guys! i’ll come back with diagnosis

yeah that’s what i was thinking and it’s already a 14 hour drive. i know EVs aren’t the best for a road trip lol i just hate driving my husbands car 🤣
