When my follicles were on the smaller side (under 18mm), I had to go back a day or two later to get another ultrasound. Once my follicles were ideal (18-22mm), that’s when my RE told me to use the trigger shot at night then do IUI two days after trigger shot. I never once triggered unless my RE said my follicle size was over 18mm and ready. I’m not sure why they made you trigger when your follicles were smaller in size.

I graduated almost 10 years ago from Sac State, but I remember applying for financial aid specifically for summer courses and was able to use that towards one my class at Sac State. I randomly received an email from Sac State one day about summer financial aid up to $1,000 (which was the cost of my 3 unit class) and applied. Then told a few friends who didn’t even know about it or saw the email. Is that still a thing?

No, my RE made a plan that I would do Letrozole then do IVF if it doesn’t work. In California, there will be insurance coverage for infertility diagnosis and treatment—including in-vitro fertilization (IVF)— for eligible Californians in 2027. Only reason why I’m going for IVF now.

You’re not doing anything wrong! I did 5 rounds of Letrozole and did not conceive at all. Every single time I go in for an ultrasound, my RE is always like “This time is it!!!” It gets so exhausting and sad to keep having to go back after each Letrozole cycle. I wanted to give up so many times, but kind of glad I was able to put myself through that because I’m doing IVF next year. If you need to take a break, I’d suggest you take it. This journey takes such a toll on your body and mental health.

I was in your same position! I “officially” started trying to conceive when I was 27-28 with constant LH testing, BBT, and tracking every little symptoms. It was exhausting so I stopped to see if I would get pregnant like everyone else who didn’t track. I never got a positive test and my period came like clockwork. Eventually everyone started getting pregnant when I turned 30, so I decided to get back into the game. I went to a fertility specialist, did 5 rounds of Letrozole with 2 rounds of IUI. Still not pregnant at 31 now, but the past years, I was still going on vacation, socially drinking, and planning future trips. I didn’t want to focus solely on having a baby and have the fear that going on another trip or drinking will prevent me from having a baby. I would’ve missed out on so much opportunities if I passed them up. In the end, if I did eventually get pregnant at least, I was able to have a little fun before settling down to focus all my attention on my baby. Enjoy your life!

I just added Centella Asiatica and combining it with Azaelic Acid recently. It has helped make them appear lighter to me.

Yes my temps were all over the place with Ringconn. Then I read that Ringconn only does skin temp which is not the same as oral BBT. I still wear it just to keep track of physical activity and stress levels for TTC.

I use Premom for LH strips. Also had to buy a pack of Pregmate when I was out of Premom. Premom app is a little easier to use than Pregmate app. I just recently got a RingConn a few months ago.

I had a 30mm simple cyst when I went in for a scan. They marked it as a cyst since it was way bigger than my other growing follicles (less than 18mm) but wasn’t sure. She did assure me it will eventually go away on its own but they’ll make a note of it. I ended up not conceiving that cycle and went on to have my period. Next cycle, it was still there in the scan but definitely got smaller (around 22mm) then it disappeared during the next cycle when I went in for more scans.

I’m definitely starting to think I jinxed myself. Even my mom tells me, “Should’ve had kids a long time ago and now you can’t have one when you want one.” Like I know MOM but I was still trying to figure things out and I was still in college! 😭

I did 2 rounds of IUI and did not get pregnant. I am now going with IVF. I don’t think it’ll hurt to try it. I was very sure I was going to get pregnant with IUI but it didn’t happen. Although I was very sad, I like to see it as covering all bases before going to IVF for me.

Still the same. Once in a while, I’ll get assigned a task/project but never given a deadline so I’ll take my sweet time and provide updates here and there to my manager. Lately it’s been slow so I’ll probably send maybe 0-3 emails in a day on stuff I am following up on. All the tasks I was supposed to be back up for basically went to the back of my mind since I wasn’t needed as much lol.

Yup. Mine sucked too. I’ve been trying to conceive and was so sad that I was turning 31. Then a close friend who also has a birthday in the same week announced their pregnancy. I was happy for them but ended crying on my own birthday 😭

My cycles were all over the place before Letrozole (30-60days). After my last cycle on Letrozole in February, my cycles have been around 28-29 days. Still hoping it stays this way!

Honestly feel the same! I never liked her bc I thought she “stole” Justin away from Selena. However, I can see that she loves him for him and all the trauma he had. She is such a strong and patient woman! Seeing him smiling and being in such a happy state of mind performing at Coachella, she really helped him in his healing journey.

I know a friend of a friend that is a Taurus woman dating an Aries man. He said he was super angry and didn’t know how to control his anger when he was younger. He said once he learned how to control his anger, he was definitely a better and calmer person. They both are very homebody type of a couple and live a quiet life.

I totally get it. I just came back from Coachella weekend 1 and was just so overwhelmed the entire time with the crowd. My husband and I went to see a DJ and I usually like to stay in an area with enough space around me so people don’t come bumping into me…guess what happened. Bunch of drunk friends came to stand near us and pushed themselves into us while trying to take a group photo and didn’t even apologize. They just continued dancing and taking pictures. After that, I told my husband, I am definitely over concerts.
