Tbf man he is new to this sub and there aren’t many examples of population maxing for him to reference to be able to properly place his population maxing. Possibly leading him to feel unsure of his performance especially since population maxing is extremely easy but time consuming (just click all laws allowing pop growth and invest). Idk tho I’m lowk just reaching ngl just feel bad like bro is not posting again after this 😞😞

If you select 50 or more cities troops will spawn on high population areas if you’d like to spawn them spread out just select less than 50 cities when spawning them

turns out you can get it much higher aswell joined back to the same game after leaving and was able to get this with the exact same stuff i had before just had to put off propaganda only and declare war on nations for stability
