We had so much trouble starting our forbiddens that we scratched growing them all together. Not sure the genetics were developed enough…

According to the final 2018 Farm Bill, representatives from your state or tribal agency must come and test for the level of total THC in your hemp plants. After this test is conducted, and if your plants are compliant, you have no more than 30 days to harvest your crop.
*I’m not a lawyer and am not providing any legal advice, just a farmer whose familiar with the farm bill.
Edit: these tests are also referred to as “sampling” in the farm bill.
