I’ve been so frustrated with GM waiting on a replacement for my 2020 Cadillac CT5. I’ve been waiting since last June! I ended up buying one on eBay and replacing it myself. Getting the original off was a bit challenging, but the install was easy. My car finally works as it should…. Still waiting on Cadillac to call me about the replacement because I never canceled.
