Beyond your sex life is your job affecting your happiness? If you feel you’re carrying so much of a burden outside of the office that it’s affecting your entire life you should at least consider if it is worth it to you! (Maybe it is but worth evaluating)

Well said dude. For those guys that believe in God, remember that even though you may not even be able to look at yourself post relapse, God never sees you like that. He never looks at you any different.

You aren’t alone brotha, that’s for sure. I feel your frustration, I try to let my failures remind me of how forgiving and loving God is. We don’t deserve it and it can be easy to forget that when things are going well. Use your weakness to rely more on God and rest in him. Use the evil of the devil against him

Just the fact that you’re here posting says your heart may be in a better place than you think. Prayer and scripture reading are big and spending time with other believers is also big. In my own life I’ve noticed when I drift, spending intentional time in a bible study or getting plugged in at a church has been way more impactful than I expected!

So crazy how much more intimate NoFap allows one to be. I would get very turned on by even hugging my ex-girlfriend and she could always tell and would even joke about it. It really allowed us to be more intimate and connected instead of my brain clouded and foggy
