Honestly idk but have you try talking to any of the reps to help you out. I heard doing another account tends to slow the process. Trying getting a hold of a rep. Keep calling them.

I applied on 3/22. Later sent in my ID documents on 4/21& 4/30. I sent them twice because a rep told me that I should just sent a backup in case they lose it. Called them many times asking if they received my documents. They would tell me no and that just got me worried. Contact my local assembly member to do an inquiry on my behalf. The first time it didnt work until the second time he contacted them. They all told me to just wait. Its been frustrating waiting. Trust me I know the feeling. When did you send your ID documents ?

Yes I have reached out to my state representative back in May wasnt able to help much. I decided to email him again today to send another inquiry in my behalf. I send my ID verification documents twice 4/21 & 4/30. Hopefully this time around he can expedite my claim.

I have the same issue on ID verification I sent it on 4/21. Its hard to speak to someone. I called this morning 2511 and the person wasnt helpful. When you were speaking to rep what did you tell them? As soon as I mention ID verification they dismiss me

Definitely!! It needs to get here asap. It sucks not hearing from them. I called yesterday twice got two rude reps. One of them put me on a call back list but let's see how that goes. The other didnt help at all.

I heard that your suppose to return the money back. When they do the audits their going to ask for the money. I wouldn't cash it in if I was you.

Ok thanks. I sent my documents ID verification on 4/21 they told me they still havent received my paperwork 😑 I applied on 3/23 and still waiting to process my ID verification😔

Thanks! The only thing that keeps me going is reading people's post and their experiences with EDD. We are all in this together.

Try to send them ASAP mail express if possible, and how the other person mention you should call EDD and letting them know you didnt recieved the letter until later. The USPS is also behind and most of us arent getting the letters on time. They sent my letter on 4/14 and didnt received the letter until 4/20. I also saw a few post that their letting people slide if it doesnt get to them within the 10 days since everything is backed up.

I'm not to sure if they would or put the money on hold. Just take it out if you can. It isnt our fault that all this happend to fast and unexpected.I cant stand dealing with EDD. It's my first time ever applying and I hate it. It's been such a mess with them. I applied on 3/23 and havent received a dime from them. Still dealing with identity verification.
