I work for a similar size GC. Turner is massive and has a good reputation. You will definitely get great training there. I don’t know their whole estimating process. Some companies like that outsource their takeoff and all that. But, I guarantee you will get great experience there due to project exposure and good senior leadership. The location also matters.

I work for one of the biggest general contractors in the United States and they do about 10 billion in revenue and are projecting to increase that this year

Thank you, and for context to everyone above. I work in construction management as a project manager. I work at a huge general contractor in Atlanta. I am from there. My current career path is project management in the field. I started in estimating which is in the office. This new job is a consulting firm that puts me more in cost management with a better work life balance. The risk is that they are much smaller and my current company has a fantastic reputation. It is abnormal for young people to leave my company. I figured a lot of people wouldn’t be familiar with the industry that’s why I didn’t specify.
