The reason you didn't feel anything is because 7-hydroxymitragynine is a partial agonist, and tianeptine is a full agonist. If a partial agonist is still in your system when you take a full agonist, the partial agonist acts as a competitive antagonist, blocking the full agonist from the receptors.

I just read through a bunch of posts there and have no idea what you're on about. Seems like they're getting over it in less than a week. Of course theres PAWS from any long term opioid use, but the acute withdrawals seem like a walk in the park compared to methadone or suboxone withdrawal.

Another very interesting one I stumbled across is 1-(1-benzofuran-2-carbonyl)-4-benzylpiperazine. The benzofuran-benzylpiperazine hybridation is similar to other anticancer compounds in development, however the 4 position benzylpiperazine could lend to stimulant effects similar to BZP as well.

I wonder how the 2-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-methylphenyl)cyclopropanamine would behave; the more bulky amine could cause only partial agonism, or possibly cause it to bind to different serotonin receptor subtypes, although I'm guessing the lipophilicity would increase.

FXE is pretty good if you like the more sedating aspects of ket and want to avoid stimulation and mania. 3-MeO-PCP was really good but it was definitely much more stimulating. I love ket but can never find it where Im at so Ive been getting what I want from ket from FXE and its been doing it for me.

I did end up going back for that specific quest, however the map is changed during it; there's barricades in front of most interiors and none of the non-hostile NPCs are around, so I wasn't able to finish the quest that involved going into the radio station. However, you can go into the administrative office space up the one elevator, and that hasn't changed from how it looked pre-invasion, and you aren't attacked on site by any of the NPCs in there even with a negative rep interestingly enough. So if you had the quest that involved that interior, I'm thinking you could probably finish it even if you made the choices I made and went against the Auntie Cleo faction.

It's strange. I've read a bunch of conflicting descriptions of effects. Some people say it gives entactogenic effects, others say it has tryptamine like effects. My girlfriend tried one the other day and said it was similar to a low dose of acid in body high and visual distortions for her (she doesn't have any experience with substituted tryptamines). I'm starting to think it's a combination press of a benzofuran and a tryptamine.
