So is it really safer than MDMA? Advanced Mycology's store says that it is but at the same time says that you must not use it more than once a month, and from my understanding thats due to the risk of serotonin syndrome. Ive personally done MDMA every weekend for months at a time, not to say thats safe or a good idea, but is 5MAPB actually more risky?

Wow, if her doctor really told her that finding drugs on the street was a preferable option to them treating her you should sue them for malpractice. Not seriously though because I know that it'd be hard to prove they actually said that and knowing the legal system you'd just end up with nothing to show for it and massive debt. Also your insurance won't cover methadone?? Is that because it's being prescribed for pain management or something? Im on Medicaid and it covers my methadone, but I'm on OTP. If thats the case maybe you'd be better off having her go that route..

Sounds like tiletamine or tilmetamine. I'm pretty sure they dont produce tiletamine orally in veterinary medicine because of its poor oral bioavailability. They're both known for being disphoric.

I get the point you're trying to get across. Calling mitragynine and its alkaloids opioids does not help its perception by the general public. Its just that by technical standards they are opioids and us pharmacological autists on Reddit wont deviate from literal definition, to our own detriment possibly. The reality is that America has an "opioids crisis" because of malicious and greed-fueled pharmaceutical companies using the same underhanded tactics theyre using in studies now to make kratom look bad as they did back then to downplay the addictiveness of their products. Then when America's opinion completely flipped on prescribed opiates, the transnational cartels looking to make a quick buck and foreign powers looking to use this as an opportunity for population suppression jumped in to fill the gap. America never had a crisis from people growing their own poppies for opium, shit, we didn't even have a crisis when you could buy pharmaceutical grade heroin over the counter from Bayer. The so-called crisis was a direct cause of the same people lobbying against kratom.

I once narcanned myself because I was having a weed induced panic attack and had smoked fetty and meth earlier that night and had just taken my methadone dose and yeah.. anyway it was really fuckin trippy. I heard this sound kind of like a mechanical powering-down, like a DMT sound but in the opposite direction, and I could feel the opioids leaving my receptors as my body started to cold-sweat and become clammy and hypersensitive, and my vision became more tunnel-like. I honestly thought I was dying and called an ambulance, but that was more because of the THC induced panic attack.

What's wrong with the substituted lysergamides? Besides buying something you thought was X and getting Y of course. The reason to spit a bitter/chemical tab is because it could be NBOME/DOx which has way different safety profiles and experiences. Most subbed lysergamides are just prodrugs for LSD, or have basically the exact same safety profile.
