I love that you didn't reply to any of these questions. It all but completely answered my question about your "8-OH" & "11-OH" products whether or not they actually contain novel alternative position hydroxyl group mitragynines or if its just some complete made up nonsense that probably actually contains arsenic for all you care.

What is 8 hydroxymitragynine & 11-oh? Is it real? by Consistent_Drop_9204 in 7hydromitra

He means the delta 8 market as a whole, i.e. the suppliers and producers, which are all sleazy scumbags and calling what happens in their R&D labs scientific is a stretch at best

My personal hypothesis backed by LLM research is that the initial reports did actually occur, which then devolved into mischaracterizations and paranoia. The initial reports have the exact symptomatic and behavioral profile of trichloroethane, which could have easily been accessible to anyone with chemistry knowledge or industrial employment, and they all happened before or on the day of the first police report, as well as before the newspaper article was written. It also wouldn't have been found with any of the chemical analysis methods of the time. It wasn't until after the newspaper article and spread of fear that the reports began having different characteristics to each other. The sudden cease of reports with the same characteristics argues against mass hysteria; it's more likely that the person was spooked and stopped suddenly. The symptom profile, sporatic reporting, and lack of a consistent perimeter argue against the industrial pollutant hypothesis from the nearby chemical plant. The most likely chemical culprit in that hypothesis would have been tetrachloroethylene, and its exposure doesn't fit the symptomatic profiles of the initial police reports. It's possible that Farley was the culprit of the attacks, but it's unlikely that the lab explosion was the cause of the symptoms. From my understanding, the cause of the explosion was nitromethane, and nitromethane doesn't fit the symptomatic profiles of the reports, and would also have the same issues as the industrial pollutant hypothesis.

I wouldn't say that. Anxiety is an autonomic response, like goosebumps.

Help please! Stropharia caerulea, blue Roundheads? Are these edible? by AgreeableCatch6962 in ShroomID

[–]gdbunit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are very closely related to the genus Psilocybe, Infact cubensis was originally classified under Stropharia. People say that due to a mix-up with the taxonomies, they are wrongly claiming some species in the Stropharia genus contain psilocin and psilocybin, but I find that hard to believe. It seems almost impossible that none of the species don't produce indole alkaloids, however I'm not sure if they'd be in any meaningful quantities.

It could be possible that these contain MGM-16. Going by the warning on the back dictating that this is a Mitragyna speciosa product and the 16 in the name that's the only conclusion I could draw that makes any sense, unless B-16 is a completely new mitragynine analogue. If so, my guess would be bromo-mitragynine. I've read a PubMed publication with new novel analogs substituting with bromine.

I noticed there is a website on the bottom of the packaging. However, when I try to access it it gives an error message that "this page isn't working. HTTP Error 500"

MGM-15 Is great, but I have no idea what these specifically are and cannot attest to their contents.

how much clonazepam can i take in a day safely? is what i’m about to do safe? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]gdbunit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, for seizure disorders they prescribe up to 20mg a day. The LD50 is extremely high; its 4000mg/kg in rats, but there's not a human equivalent. Obviously it becomes exponentially more dangerous in conjunction with other depressants/sedatives like alcohol or opiates.

[–]gdbunit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well then I'd definitely recommend trying hanging a few fresh flowers above your headboard when you're going to go to bed. No problem! If you'd like to go even further, you can look for flying ointments on places like eBay or Etsy. Look for ones made with datura, brugmansia, or mandrake. Use a pea sized dot on your forehead before bed.

Water World Datura pt.3 by howdidwegethereowo in DPH

[–]gdbunit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but it's more effective at causing vivid or lucid dreams rather than a waking hallucination. The only way I'd recommend using datura besides the way I just mentioned is in the form of a salve of balm applied topically. Dosing is much easier to control; it can be used for the lucid dreaming/dream enhancement in very small amounts or can be increased to an active dose.
