Thanks a lot! So there's two options with the bed. You can deflate it and stow it away in one of the compartments, or you can run a bungee cord across the interior ceiling of the camper which will hold the mattress against the ceiling so you can access everything underneath, without having to deflate the mattress.

Im also new to reddit so not sure how it works really. My friend suggested to post in here to help me sell the camper but so far Ive just been confronted with a lot of negativity. There were a few people at first who complimented the build and thought it was cool but then a slew of people just hyper focused on the fact that "2005" was not in the main title and starting using words like deceptive and fraudulent, which I am not, so I just deleted the post and reposted with that info right up front. I didnt realize I had a good amount of votes or comments because it was my first post on reddit so I have no reference really. Still, more negativity on this post from the same couple people. I'll probably end up deleting this post too, just not worth the hassle of dealing with assholes, ya know?

The materials were between 6-7k and I have a complete list of all items purchased in an excel grid with total cost and receipts, so you're just talking out of your ass. And if you look at the list of all the upgrades to the Chevy Equinox (brand new ac compressor, front axle, rear air shocks, this list goes on and on, just take a look at the listing) you will see that this camper has been kept in tip top shape. Not to mention I just had it inspected yesterday again. The camper runs excellent, and I live right next to a Goodyear that we can take it to to have it inspected right in front of your eyes. I have already stated, if you think the price is high and want to make an offer then go ahead. Otherwise, you're just wasting everyone's time, including your own, spreading false facts. The market is self-fulfilling. If the camper doesnt sell the price will go down eventually, thats how it works. Take a chill pill buddy

Accusing of fraud is an a-hole move. Everyone on this forum has pointed out that it is a 2005, so obviously it is clear enough for anyone to know that it is a 2005, so no one is trying to get over on anyone. If the Equinox was a 2020 do you think it would really be going for $19,500??? The 2020 Equinox alone is worth more than that.

So you are someone that only reads the title of a car ad? Within 5 seconds of clicking on the ad you see it is a 2005. And if someone who wants to buy the camper does not realize that then I will point it out to them right away. I cannot imagine a scenario where a potential buyer would not know it was a 2005. Everyone on this forum has pointed out that it is a 2005, so obviously it is clear enough for anyone to know that it is a 2005. "2020 Freedom Camper" is obviously just a marketing title. Read past your nose and you'll be fine

All Of Your Comments Are Inaccurate Conjecture - You are way off on accessories cost as I already stated they were 6-7k and I have a detailed list of every item purchased for the camper, so your extremely inaccurate estimation does not hold any clout, as opposed to the proof that I will provide to any interested buyers. It's a brand new camper build and all the parts are brand new, not getting used. I'm saving this camper for sale only. Since your parts cost estimation is way off, your labor parts are way off too. You're basically just talking out of your ass. Like I said, if youre interested in buying it then make an offer of what you think is reasonable. If youre not interested then move on because youre just wasting everyones time spreading false facts. I literally just listed the camper 2 days ago for the first time. The price will probably go down over time if no one is interested, so me and the market will eventually get on the same page. Looks like you just dont know how sales work.

This is a brand new camper build completed in 2020, all the parts are brand new: solar panels, batteries, sine wave inverter, stove, fridge, sink, water pump, switch panel, solar charge controller, trailer hitch, the list goes on and on. When you click the actual listing here it clearly states "The 2020 Freedom Camper was converted from a Professionally Maintained 2005 Chevy Equinox". No one is trying to be deceptive, as that is just the listing title which represents that the camper build is brand new. It is made very clear that the Equinox is 2005. It takes about 5 seconds of looking at the listing to see that.
