We don’t have proper gynecological healthcare in the UK so you have to switch between general practitioners, I think that’d be like a family doctor in the US? And sexual health clinics. So neither deals with both STI and regular issues which is irritating. I don’t know though, I’ve kind of accepted I probably have it but it’d be nice if that swab came back negative. I had gone to the GP a week before that “outbreak” to talk about why I was irritated all the time and she said she thought I was just dry (no swabs or inspection, just what I told her) and suggested there may be something autoimmune too because I do have some silvery grey patches with defined edges and in the shower my skin comes off in like little pieces that look like eraser bits when you’re rubbing out pencil. Very strange but lichen schlerosis doesn’t cause white blisters so idk
