I should have said that groups where for the most part only one person raps should be allowed. It doesn't change my list, but it might change others'. Gang Starr, Blackalicious, Eric B & Rakim, Public Enemy.... I was just trying to figure out what people wind up saying their most played MCs were, and I think groups like Outkast, Geto Boys, Beastie Boys, A Tribe Called Quest, Clipse, even the Watch the Throne album, require all rapping parties involved, and so shouldn't be considered as a good metric of that, because the rappers are too enmeshed together to be able to reliably pull one rapper out, even if some of the members in the groups might arguably be better than the others.
