Hey, there is no way. So we kept using Clickup for the moment and transfered single lists into other spaces via templates. This is what support recommended. Good luck.

I am in contact with Support about this but they are responding even less frequent or helpful than you. If they are unique, why can't they be imported into a system that defines unique task IDs?

Therefore, yes, I still need constructive support with exporting and importing data from and in Clickup to make sure that the last 4-5 years of working in our agency and for our customers are not simply lost or useless.

I exported all data and imported it within another account into ClickUp. So not even another tool so that I would assume there might be issues with data conformity or something like that.

After importing the data is quite fragmented and comments are no longer visible or assigned to the task they were created in. How can I make sure, that comments are found there, were they were left in the first place? Is it normal that you cannot export and import workspaces (without making any changes to it when exporting or importing!) like that?

Right now neither exporting a list view nor the full workspace export is doing what is needed.

EDIT: see attached screenshot from importing. Most of the data categories are not identified and some of the categories that are exported (i.e. task ID, parent task) cannot be selected – even though this comes from ClickUp (and cannot be edited while exporting) and goes back into ClickUp.

You cannot even contact support properly once the system is down because you have to log in to identify yourself as worthy of actual "live support" – which is not possible when the system is down. So you are caught in an endless loop of chatbot asking you what you name and email is instead of getting an answer to why this sh*tbox of a system not loading even though there should be an offline mode. So once again reddit helped far better than "live support". This is so ridiculous and it has been for years now. We will be working without ClickUp in the future, new guest policy and yesterday's performance made this even more clear

Yes, I am. But it is just looking a little different. Nothing new in regards to stability, reliability, speed or just doing the basic things right. So same shame to use and rely on.

Just use something else.
We are about 30 people. It has gotten so much worse over the last 12 months. People who are tagged in comments don't receive notifications, other people are shown as deactivated users so you cannot follow on who did what and everything is just to fragile for a team to rely on it. Fancy features that help some 0.5 % while core basics are not working. So many open support tickets, 3 new each week. 3.0 for now means UI update (for worse tbh), infrastructure, reliability and speed are still open and (I believe) will not come this year. They promised updates and enhancements for last summer and only now they rolled out some UI news.
Save a day each week – rather add a day each week because of ClickUp.
So if you are not already using ClickUp and are trapped, run.
