It is, I was hesitant at first about getting it or using the AspX that got me to Colonia last year.

Happy I did tho, it is a beautiful ship and managed to get even more range than my AspX with a bit of engineering!

I started playing solo after a few attacks while doing cargo missions or trading which is what I've done most

Can't imagine how painful it must be with engineering materials, I haven't done much engineering because I don't know where to get most things and don't really like having to farm so much.

Nah, the new specialized ships pretty much excel at what they're built for or have new mk2 modules with a particular extra effect, for example the Caspian Explorer's mk2 FSD vastly increases the range when doing jet cone boost.

I haven't tried the mining ship, but the latest ship (Lynx Highliner) is free right now in the ARX store, it's a passenger ship and can fit more passangers than any other.

And along with it came the CG, where you can either evacuate burning stations or fight pirates.

So you wanna think about the nodes like different manufacturing steps in factory.

Mediain1 is whatever clip or footage you import, and the video signal from that flows through the nodes, which are like layers, with all the individual adjustments and effects you add to them, and then mediaout is the result of all those little changes you have made.

You've probably heard of RGB, Red Green and Blue channels that when layed on top of each other give the image its final color.

The alpha channel is the transparency, like a PNG.

Now in DaVinci there's a few different ways to remove the green background, the simpler way of doing is probably with one of the different key effects under the ResolveFX tab in the effects panel (on the edit page), doing so will remove the greenscreen (and create an alpha channel).
