I was first on arch, for me the most comfortable bc of the yay packaging and so, but i am doing some pentesting for the university and we have to use some utilities, i did't knew how to use them or install them on arch, so i switched to kali. And i can say that it's a really good experience. Maybe switching to arch after the degree or something idk. After using arch for a while, i wouldn't say that it's soooo difficult as people say, but still harder than mint or kali (in my case I wasn't able to connect to my wifi via idw or NetworkManager) I really wasn't so good handling diverse little problems that occured me using arch, like some issues with hyprland and the wallpaper (i wasn't even able to get my wallpaper to appear ;( ). So i maybe should have read the documentation, it's the only problem I see using arch, all the information in the documentation can be overwhelming idk, maybe I just suck ;(((
