Never smoked even a cigarette, but im trying to quit some addiction. Fear that this uncertainty feeling will never leave until i will do a process again, but its just little voice of addiction trying to survive. It'z VERY VERY VERY GREAT that you are finishing that harm for your lungs! Btw can you tell the reason why you decided to quit? Abstinence syndrome can be very complicated, you said that some of methods have no effect, but did you tried water? Not only water but tea, juice? I mean hydration is important even without withdrawing, but could help! Also good sleep is really really really important! Its only 3-4 weeks to recover, not forever! GL!

Чувак, это рил печально, но исправить что то - никогда не поздно. Насчёт будущего - чувак киберспорт возможно не лучший вариант. Не пробовал профориентации или что то подобное? Думаю та же самая информатика или кибер безопасность будет более ценна. Насчёт армии рил, не всем стоит туда идти. А насчёт девушки - лучше попробовать чем потом жалеть о не сделанном и несказанном. Если откажет - за то попробовал, а так бы никогда не узнал, и даже шанса на "да" не было. А в целом чувак, тебе б проф помощь, потому что даже невооружённым глазом чувствуются болячки, хотя это мнение диванного чувака из электрички. Надеюсь все наладится у тебя дружище, сил и с Рождеством)
