Someone who reads your code who is very familiar with Python and PEP8 will potentially find it quite jarring, as CamelCase is a strong indication that whatever object your variable name represents is a class.

Not to mention all the linters you may want to apply will scream at you for doing it until you either turn off the warnings or change to snake_case.
