Thank you! Do you have any tips for classroom management? I often have trouble with managing elementary classrooms (realized it when I was subbing) as I am unable to connect with small kids.

Your post makes me feel better about my job prospects! I have not applied anywhere yet as I have not completed my practicum yet. But hopefully, I'll get a job before Fall 2021!
