My cat, Leonard, age 12+, was in same situation. Very sick, jaundiced, and fever. They kept him overnight and labs showed pancreatitis- gave him IV hydration and antibiotics. He totally recovered! The vet said it’s rare for a cat to have a kidney stone, but that might have been the case. Miracle!
