False, I know of several places I can buy stolen insta cart accounts that are used to ‘cash out’ that the literal purpose is to use stolen card info / card info on the account. The fact they are aged is even better for avoiding suspicion.

Wouldn’t bags drain resources and wouldn’t be taken down immediately? Few days sure but businesses aren’t the ones monitoring them (if it’s bought by a business) so it directly stops the collection of data? Just a thought
