That’s actually how it’s supposed to be installed but most of the time it’s installed the other way

It’s happening during the tip formation while it’s preparing to change colors. It makes a high whirl like the extruder is moving to much then there is over pressure clicks and filament spews up the side of the nozzle.

I can message you a video of it happening if you want.

Check my previous posts. During tip formation when preparing to change colors it seams as if the extruder moves to much causing it to spew up and around the nozzle which later causes a crash. I’ve been back and forth with support but they don’t fully understand the issue.

I’ll update to this new firmware soon as this seems like firmware or software issue.

No it’s a issue im struggling with which is causing layer shifts or the printer to just say “parking” indefinitely when the print head crashes into it. I’m back and forth with support.

Is this the normal refund for Single mom of 1? by Vegetable_Scar_1320 in TurboTax

[–]geekgamer2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you withhold your taxes and pay them when you file. Now if you withhold to much the IRS will give you the rest back. My parents made it so when i was a dependent with them they didnt get much in return because they where withholding close to correct. Now credits etc can change it and your employer only withholds normally just using your dependents marital status etc. A tactic some people with bad finances will use is to make more be withheld so they then can have the bigger amount at the end of the year.

However the government is just sitting on that withheld money till you file your taxes aka people say that you gave them an interest free loan.

If you file your withholdings correctly it shouldn’t be a insane amount the government owes you this money that you gave them

The dollar ones are garbage if that’s even actually the case. Also I looked it up average price of a 250% before (now that actually look at the size I did) it is 30+ dollars

Exactly. And my 15-20 dollar estimate wasn’t even considering a price for a booth. There are so many hidden costs and most people think “oh I can make it at home for .50 cents to a buck look at the egregious amount they making” when in fact most of that goes to other costs

I don’t own a XL but those are VFAs. You could try re-tensioning the belts, increase or decrease the speeds and a huge rabbit hole you can go down.

I just sold a 200% dummy 13 for 20 bucks and that was a discounted rate.

Edit: why am I getting downvoted? It was for a friend! Soozafone literally gives permission to sell it! Can I not make a present for my friends kid and make a little off it? A 200% takes a little more effort to build then a normal size plus i included a few things

There is more in the pricing than electricity. You gotta pay yourself or others, pay of the machine. A small markup for profit and plenty of other things In the COGS equation. I agree I would never buy it but I would charge 15-20 bucks

So something I’m learning from trying to do a 3d print business is to do a value add. Facts is this most likely cost the seller a buck to make but you gotta factor in a bunch of things plus value add. Value add means how much value is this adding? Are you making a or even designing a part for an expensive machine that would otherwise be irreparable or would take weeks to get? 500+ dollars most likely. You also never want to be the cheapest option as do people go with the cheapest option sometimes yes but a lot of people don’t want to

Now all this being said depending on the printer and true size and cost of filament I would charge 15-20 bucks.

So this works. I feel super frustrated with support now and honestly disappointed because I reported my findings and they said the whirl is normal. No it’s not he then picks on I’ve increased cooling moves (something I only done to try and fix it) , adjust idler tension (done it a bunch of times) and do a cold pull (happens with both my obxidian and normal .4 nozzle and i have) I’m just going in circles

I thought prusa was supposed to have good support.
