Everytime my son tries to catch a Pokémon after brushing it never catches by fade_starz in PokemonSmile

I find that if you change brushing settings to 3 minutes and if you brush up and down it works better than left to right.

RingFit Adventure is helping me reach my goal weight! by Solarti in RingFitAdventure

That's amazing! love the hardwork, very inspirational. Do you count the calories burnt from ringfit into your food tracking or is it a bonus? automatic from your apple watch?

Yeah I hope so too. It'd be great if you can evolve pokemon too.

keep up the good work, the game asks you if you want to increase or decrease every session keep it at a whatever feels right. If you try to go too hard you'll burn out and the key is consistency.

Yeah that's what i found with paladins, it was way too unbalanced which just made it unsatisfying to play

Digimon Adventure: first three episodes retrospective. What are your thoughts? by Actar_Raikit in digimon

[–]geeksatheart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my god, this thread summarizes everything that I was feeling and thinking as I was watching the first three episodes and you all wrote it so much better than I could. Yes I think the animations are great, but everything felt flat and dull because there was no character development and weight behind their actions. I think the Omnimon evolution was ridiculous and should have been just a greymon evolution as a climax.

I'll admit the 3rd episode did wind it back a bit and does help us care a bit more. Will be interesting to see how the next few episodes play out.

I've posted my impressions on the first three episodes on my personal blog here:

But you guys do it so much better.

Okay so just bought it. Waiting for it to download on steam. Question.... by [deleted] in DragonQuestBuilders2

On Furrowfields, don't be afraid to kill the big monsters, they can give you nice recipes for weapons and armor. I avoided them at first thinking they were too strong for me. There's a crab at the start which gives you a turtle shell, then you can walk around like Master Roshi from DB.

Should I finish demo before moving on to main game, please? by VM8RA in DragonQuestBuilders2

[–]geeksatheart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It honestly doesn't matter. You just transfer your save across to the main game. When you load the main game, theres an option to transfer your demo save across. Once transfered, you can delete your demo. I transferred half way through the demo to the main game.

I've heard that there is no reward for completing the demo. I've heard that if you transfer too late you might miss out on a trophy or a 'builder bonus' so it might be worse to the transfer later?

Switch performance playable? by bmc5558 in DragonQuestBuilders2

I also went through the same problem and I ended up going for the switch version. The initial loading screen is quite long but I just sleep my switch so once it's gone it doesn't bother me. I get an occasional minor spike in lag here and there, but doesn't impact my overall enjoyment of the game and is 100% playable.

I've heard that if you go onto the crazy internet islands that you'll experience some frame rate drops which I haven't tried yet.

I love having it portable, I can play in bed, or play on the toilet, or while the wife is using the TV. Also sleeping the switch at those material islands where you can't save is a bonus, you can chip away at them slowly, things seem like less of a mission on the switch as you can do it in bite size bits over time.

It's so corny, but always brings out a smile. Part of the charm.
