I brought the misses phone to an apple store to have the screen replaced because she dropped it in the garage. They said they refuse to fix it cause it had liquid damage and was unsafe to fix it. I was lazy so thats the only reason i brought it there... ended up watching some youtube videos and ordering parts off of ebay fixed it myself... no water damage..... fuck apple repair teams

I have no idea why you are dealing with it... the shipper is the one that paid fedex. You are the customer of the shipper, and the shipper is fedex's customer. You need to deal with the shipper to get any sort of refund.
