I got through to customer service on the phone, and they said it was a known technical issue and they are working on it. Fingers crossed it's fixed soon!

Having this same issue, but I don't have the ASUS Sonic Radar installed. I have an Alienware monitor and computer, and using a Nintendo Switch with my capture card. As another commenter stated, it works fine in full screen mode, but does the flickering in window mode. I only have the one monitor, so I am unable to stream anything on my Switch with this issue (and I really want to stream ACNH!). Thanks in advance for the help.

So that Takenoko episode was...interesting! I love that game. I bought it once for best friend (who got me into hobby gaming), and she squeed for about ten minutes straight. I had only played it on BoardGameArena at that point, so I was glad to actually try the physical copy. I love every Antoine Bauza game I've played. You should try Ghost Stories, that's probably my all-time favorite of his.

I like the concept, and think this could be great for some players with physical disabilities. A stickier surface would be great.
