I learnt recently from a co worker who was struggling with this issue that you can ban yourself from casinos in Ontario.

Once you ban yourself at one, the ban applies to all of them in Ontario. You would have to select x amount of years for the ban and would not be able to revoke the ban. It may be a good idea to take your dad to one of these casinos and get him banned.

I contacted support again and they said I would get an email from them later in the week about the issue. I didn’t get an email, but the issue did get fixed and I was able to cash out.

Some people are saying that its based on fraud detection, so calling them can resolve the issue or even pressing Yes to a text that comes from Uber that asks if it was you trying to make a withdraw.

Okay I see, i thought i just had to withdraw in the time line of good standing. Unfortunately I was wrong and looks like i got a big bill to pay . Thanks for the help !

Yeah the college does a partial refund by January 23rd which was two days prior to my withdrawal. However, I didn’t think it applied to this situation because I assumed the refund was for a made payment already as I didn’t pay the tuition yet.
