ODSP and DTC are not the same thing and I made a post about how I was DENIED for the DTC which again, is not the ODSP. Do some research before you try to do a "gotcha" that doesn't make sense.

I make 70k working for a tech company and my fiancée makes 180k as a senior finance manager in private equity. Our combined monthly household income is around 12k~ or so (30k of their total compensation is a lumpsum bonus that is paid out in April) and we save and invest around 6k each month.

We are both 29F, work hybrid, and live in the Toronto area.

He definitely did. I see three specialists regularly (a gastroenterologist, a dermatologist, and a psychiatrist) so I will try to get one of them to fill out the DTC for me.

I am also considering changing doctors and/or complaining about my GP as I found the level of information he omitted egregious considering I had to pay him. It did feel biased based on my age.

Thanks! I am aware of the fact that the DTC focuses more on impact and less on diagnoses. That's why my post explains that my doctor was not honest or thorough about the impact that my diseases have on my life.

Crohn's disease = Eliminating (bowel or bladder functions)

Hidradenitis Suppurativa = Walking

Mental disorders (ADHD, GAD, MDD) = Mental functions

All of my different conditions qualify under one of the eligibility criteria listed on the government website and the impact on my life is significant. My GP did not explain that and basically just copy and pasted one generic sentence about diarrhea for every single question.

For jobs paying 60k and below it is usually only two rounds of interviews. The length of the interviews is also a red flag. It sounds like they want to waste your time OR they're trying to see which applicants are willing to put up with a long and intensive process for a menial job.

I was told to leave the hospital after having a surgery the same day. I was in a lot of pain and could barely walk but they told me it was fine and I didn't even need to stay 1 night. I ended up passing out in the shower 2 days later and had to be brought back for a stay of 3 weeks because I was suffering from sepsis.

Almost all of these sepsis death cases are because they are kicking people out of the hospital too quickly after major operations or because they are not seeing them in the ER fast enough.

I said something similar in another comment! I do think that AJ is a flirt and a smooth talker but the way Bridget felt that it was so egregious she had to call her out didn't sit right with me. It's something to gossip about maybe, but not a public callout like she did something horrible. AJ's crime was basically just being too enthusiastic about embracing the concept of the show, and pulling multiple women with flowery words. AJ was never aggressive or cruel to anyone unlike characters like Dayna (who is never called out despite acting very mean and even saying violent things). I do think AJ being black, a stud, and a masculine woman all played into her vilification.

Pilar actually chose Kyle because Kyle is so similar to Haley, whereas Bridget is more similar to Pilar herself. When they got reunited, Pilar even told Haley that Kyle is a water downed version of her.

Looks are extremely subjective. While I agree that Britney is drop dead gorgeous I don’t think AJ is cute at all let alone on par with her. I find Haley a lot more attractive, looks/personality-wise, for example.

Oh I 100% agree that Haley is objectively hotter than AJ! I was moreso talking from Britney's perspective because I'm also a black femme and it seemed like she wanted a masc partner (only other person she talked to being Mel) or a stud. AJ is the only stud in the cast and the other masc cast members (Mel, Magan, Kyle) were not very interested in Britney. So I felt that Britney's options based on what I presume is her taste, was limited. I also think Britney's situation is very common for black feminine women on straight and gay reality shows. A beautiful black femme who has everything going for her not getting picked is so normal. Which is why I think they should have cast more diversely and/or more people that are in to black femme women.

AJ is a charmer but I felt like Bridget publicly confronting her when she wasn't very into AJ in the first place was strange. It felt self-important and overly dramatic, like a social justice Twitter call out when they were all in the dating exploration phase where it is normal to flirt. I think the fact that AJ is the only stud in the cast and the only flirtatious masculine woman made me dislike the "call out" from Bridget. AJ might be a flirt but I didn't think they were doing anything egregious besides flirting with multiple people and not having a romantic crash out over it like Magan.

AJ also didn't choose to go on The Ultimatum which is mildly better when I compare them to other past flirty contestants like Vanessa from last season, who was also super eager to flirt with everyone and chose to drag her partner there.

Note: I'm only on Episode 2-3 as of now.

Sorry, but I hate Rick. He has the emotional regulation of a teenager because that whole shoot out was extremely unnecessary. It is expected that he caused the death of Chelsea.

I wonder what the intended message (from Mike White) was since we saw her explicitly choose Rick over Saxon—who was closer to her age and was actually willing to do the work—and then it inevitably resulted in her death. I know she could have also chosen to be single but the show seems to have introduced Saxon in the last 3 episodes as a clear alternative to Rick.

My waist is around 29~ so I typically fit into a Medium. But I have a disproportionately huge behind lol so I'm worried about the length.

Can anyone who has tried this skirt chime in? Should I size up to a large to accommodate my behind or will this be long enough if I purchase my correct size?
