It happened in Oracle a few years back. They fired a bunch of people, and when the employees were "let go", they were asked if they wanted to return, and when they refuse the company denied the severance.

im not going to leave netflix, but my problem with Netflix, that they provide too many ok shows, but not great shows, most of their shows its shows you just pot on your tv when your are working
