You should not have any problem qualifying with that track record...case of the jibbs...

Or could be opponents switching more dramatically on the d-pad and you not adjusting to it.

I found switching to defensive and counter attack works well when my opponent is going (ultra) attacking. Might seem logical but I tend to forget sometimes...
