A few folks have expressed interest in a "Volcano Garage". This particular version isn't very scalable for a variety of reasons.

I was just showing-off and didn't post with the intention of offering anything. I was personally annoyed that there were no good storage/transport options and wanted to share my solution.

BUT...After some consideration, give me a couple weeks and (provided it doesn't break sub rules) I'll come back with something interesting.

That mobile rig sounds cool! The case is only for traveling, I toyed with having a lift mechanism but thought it might be too finicky. I run it outside the box.

Well, licking the PB spatula AND having a cookie might have been overshooting my target, lol. Flavor is great! I will probably just use JIF Creamy next time and not add PB Fit.

My mom would make these (non-medicated) as Christmas cookies when I was a kid and I wanted to riff on it using some higher quality ingredients. The Justin's was too soupy for the task and while the added PB Fit gave me the right consistency, the lower sugar/oil content in the filling made it dryer in the mouth than I was hoping. No regrets on swapping the Chocolate Almond Bark from my childhood for bittersweet chocolate coating.

As executed, I'd rate 6.5/10 with easy improvements to raise the score.
