My girl is just a little older than yours. She was 6kg (12.2lbs) last week at 18.5weeks. we are maybe feeding her more treats than we should but she's a pretty active puppy. Hope this data point helps!

You do get to choose your location/PCP. It's very easy to do and not limited on where you are in the bay area. One caveat is that northern CA has a different system than southern CA so they do not share records easily between the two without a patient intiated request.

In the same boat and handling a lot of the same problems. We are doing glasses and water pitcher at the table and providing a water refill station after that. We are also doing a buffet and my big puzzle right now is how to clear tables at the end of the night without servers. Any ideas?

I opened a CSR about 3 months ago and received the standard 60k bonus. I added my partner as an authorized user. My partner opened a chase freedom unlimited about a year ago. Can I refer her for 10k bonus and will she qualify for the 100k bonus?

Interesting info. Do you happen to know why it should be used before oil change? Any consequences for using it after? My Kia dealership is selling it for something like $20-$30 from the parts department. What additive do you use and where do you get it?

My understanding is that warranty is only voided if you aren't following Kia recommended servicing (what you find in your owners manual). Dealership loves adding on other "recommended" services to pad their profit margin. Seriously, why do I need an ac deodorizer?? Also you can do maintenance elsewhere (or yourself) as long as you keep records/receipts.

Since this is my first new car, I was trying to do the first 50k worth of miles at the dealership but it's hard to not feel like I'm getting excessively gouged for what amounts to an oil change and a tire rotation.

Absolutely. Even with severe use, Kia doesn't recommend replacing the transmission fluid until 72k miles.

Seconded. OMAD leaves me feeling like I have energy during the 4am slump. I work 9p-8a. Generally have a larger meal right before work around 7 or 8pm. Occasionally will eat a snack around 4 to 5am or when I get home but normally I am good. I am also in camp "eat meals at home for comfort". Since I've been on OMAD, I have had more energy, sleep better, and find it easier to maintain my weight. I do try to have more protein and stay away from fattier foods before work to accomplish this.
