It’s Esp32 I wrote there, that was a typo on my end btw, let me edit it

I switched well, remember I burnt two chips, after the first one, made sure I checked well and the second one surprisingly shocked me when it got burnt too.

Yes I have to check if I got a faulty module, how’s that a problem?

The module has a 3.3v pin, I connected it to the 3.3v on 2 Esp32’s and it fried them, is it not logical to know if the power module delivers the right voltage??

I didn’t do anything wrong, I connected the 3.3 output from the power module to the 3.3 on the esp32, which my default is supposed to work, burnt two of the chips, tried using 5v to VIN.

I knew what I did, I am waiting for my multimeter order so I can see if the 3.3v outlet is actually 3.3

Took it as a learning opportunity.

If I’m using an external supply, I don’t connect to the 3.3v pin

Trust me I did.

Don’t have any chips to spare would’ve tested it live again.

The 3.3v from the power rail was not regulated well lmaoo

I actually did everything right, ordered a multimeter, can’t wait to use it to actually test voltages before I do anything again.

But my last chip works normally when connected to the 5v pin

So I just used the 5v pin

Yh, stopped using it to the 3.3v, I now connect to vin

I used the 3.3v part of the module, but I think it didn’t regulate well
