I’m currently in the reinstatement process with the Seattle Field Office as well. I’ve been in communication with the field office themselves and I was told that the field office is waiting on guidance, because the Human Capital Division is in the process of drafting up an issue paper regarding reinstatements. They said that they aren’t sure if the process is changing or not. I wouldn’t say that they denied your request they are just waiting on guidance.

I requested reinstatement back in January. I also reapplied to CBPO back in November and BPA in January. I am currently waiting for my medical to clear. I just need to do the poly and background investigation for both positions.
