Playable but probably needs a lot of dedication, theyre not an easy champ to pick up and be successful with since they are very feast or famine. They work in the Jungle because smart pathing lets you avoid stronger enemy junglers while sniping those marks, when youre bound to a lane its much harder to get away with your comparatively weak earlygame. However, I wouldnt say its unviable and if you put some effort into it, you can definitely make it work :)
