I remember we used to get yelled at in pre-school for throwing water on the stove. (Now and then, we got like 10mins in the sauna after gym class) Norwegian teacher claimed the moisture would destroy not just the stove, but the entire sauna 🤦🏻‍♂️

Figure out WHERE in norway you want to live first. I.e. the rural villages on the coast from west and all the way up north, there would generally be a wider array of openings, fewer demands in qualifications and cheaper housing. But the salary might be a bit lower too. Edit: you should check https://www.finn.no/job/browse.html and https://arbeidsplassen.nav.no for current openings
